Goodbye from Mr. Yee

Dear Parent/Guardian,

 My time at Adam Beck has come to an end and it is time for me to say goodbye! I wish I could tell you I was happily moving into retirement or that I won the lottery BUT instead I am moving on into a new challenge as Principal at Leslieville PS just west of Adam Beck JPS! While I look forward to this new challenge with excitement and a bit of mixed emotions, I feel sad that I am leaving such an AMAZING Adam Beck JPS and a great place behind! 
 
I can’t even begin to tell all of you how much I have enjoyed working with all of you and how much I cherish all of you.  A Principal is only as great a leader as the collective staff  they work with and the Adam Beck JPS Community are simply amazing in so many ways and because of all of you, my leadership task was effortless. I hope that the past 3.5 years have left you all with as many positive memories of our time together as the years have left me. I don’t think I have ever met a harder working community with such positive spirit, so continue to take pride in what you do and shine as one of the most amazing schools in TDSB! 
 

It is great to have a familiar face and wonderful individual in Ms. Lola Scenna  in leading this school and community as the new Principal. As you already know, she is hardworking and committed and I feel very confident knowing I leave you all in great hands! She is an exceptional leader and super positive with great energy and always willing to listen. I would also like to welcome our new Vice-Principal Caitlin Newnham-Kanas. 

 My warmest and best wishes go out to all of you in all your future journeys! Remember you are SO amazing for our children at Adam Beck JPS.

Adam Beck JPS is one of TDSB special place to live and work at and I was very lucky to be part of it!
