Volunteers Needed – Night on the Beach

Volunteers are needed for the Night on the Beach on April 14, our annual school council fundraiser for parents, teachers and other school supporters. Night on the Beach is a fun night out (grown ups only!) with lots of exciting auction items, dancing, and socializing. Since you are going to be there anyway, just help out for an hour.

We are looking for folks who can support the following areas:

• Help set up the event (6 volunteers)
• Door help – greet guests, check ticket list, sell Photo Booth tickets(4 volunteers)
• Sell raffle tickets during the event (4 volunteers)
• Help with the silent auctions (3 volunteers)
• Event clean up (4 volunteers)
