2021 Read-A-Thon Winners!

We are so excited to share the final 2021 Read-A-Thon Winners! Every student who participated should be extremely proud of their individual achievement.

The winner of the Dassios Cup this year is Mme Bettas class! They had the highest participation rate and the class read a total of 43,240 minutes for the month of February!

As a reminder, this year we chose a less comparative approach to Read-A-Thon and instead drew names per grade (using the calculator.net Random Number Generator). Each child that met the recommended minimum for their grade received one entry, and for every 50 minutes over and above their goal they received an additional entry. Here are the winners per grade!!

JK – Luna O.

SK – Barrett A.

Grade 1 – Malcolm P.

Grade 2 – Ethan T.

Grade 3 – Norah J.

Grade 4 – Spencer K.

Grade 5 – Aidan V.

Grade 6 – Liam S.

Ms. Scenna announced the winners today and each will receive a $25.00 gift card to our amazing local children’s bookstore, Ella Minnow.
