Book Fair – Volunteers Needed!!
The Ella Minnow Book Fair is coming to Adam Beck November 12- 16. It’s volunteer run, so if you can spare a shift, we’d really appreciate your time.
We set up on Friday, November 9 in the afternoon. It’ll be open from Monday to Wednesday between 8:45 – 11:30am and 12:30 – 4:00pm. On Thursday, it stays open until 8:00pm for parent teacher interviews. And on Friday, it’s only open in the morning – again for parent teacher interviews – then we tear down.
All classes have set periods when they’re scheduled to come through the book fair to make their wish lists and buy books. Those times for most classes are posted in the online signup if you’d like to volunteer when your child(ren) come through.
