Don’t forget about Dream Baskets!

Adam Beck Fair is a great annual fun fair and fundraiser that helps our school.  Funds raised enhance educational and extracurricular activities. Students are invited to bring in items to help create a themed basket that will be auctioned at the Adam Beck Fair on June 10. Each classroom has a special theme (see below) and donations are due June 6. Please ensure you label which class number the item is for. These are suggestions for the themes; feel free to be creative! Dream Baskets will be auctioned at the Adam Beck Fair.

  • Family Fun Night (Rooms 2 & 3) – movie tickets, restaurant gift cards, DVD’s, bowls, blankets, fun snacks & drinks, family games
  • Loving Games and Toys (Rooms 4 & 6)– toys, dolls, board games, actions figures
  • Sport Lovers (Rooms 10 & 11)- shirts, jerseys, gloves, balls, bats, event tickets, caps, sports paraphernalia
  • Arts and Crafts Fun (Rooms 12 & 14) – craft supplies, paints, brushes, canvasses, art kits, doodle kits, play dough, clay, sketch pads, markers & crayons
  • Doggy Love (Rooms 9 & 15) – treats, toys, grooming gift cards, leashes, accessories
  • Bon Appetite BBQ (Rooms 8 & 16) – BBQ tools, gourmet rubs, skewers, napkins, outdoor cups & plates, garden lights, anything for outdoor entertaining.
  • Fun in the Sun (Rooms 5 & 7A/7B) – beach towels, sunscreen, sand toys, sunglasses, sprinkler, water toys, pool toys, bubbles, flip flops, sun hats
  • Creative Construction (Rooms 19 & 23) – various Lego sets, Lego books, Lego figurines, Lego movies
  • Love our Neighbourhood (Rooms 20 & 21) – items from your favourite Kingston Rd. shops – nail gift card, books, gourmet foods, clothing and accessories, baby items, fancy stationery, anything from our amazing neighbourhood retailers
  • Book Lovers (Portable 1 & Room 22) – books for all ages, gift cards, bookmarks, cozy blanket, teas, chocolates, slippers, notebooks and nice pens
  • Gourmet Delights (Portable 2 & Room 24) – a variety of fine snacks, cheeses, dips, wine and beer for those of legal age to enjoy responsibly. Please have an adult drop off any alcohol at the office.
