2026 – Adam Beck School Council Bylaws – Community Feedback 

Every 3 years we need to ratify new bylaws for School Council. The bylaw committee has been been working behind the scenes to update our bylaws to ensure they are consistent with the mandatory TDSB template and any additional updates we felt were important to capture the reality of School Council today. You can find a link to the revised bylaws here that includes tracked changes so you can see what has been modified. 

As way of process, please consider these a draft version of the bylaws, which still require input from both the larger Adam Beck community and the TDSB. 

Should you have any suggestions please feel free to fill out the following google form here and we will add it to the list of considerations for this year’s update.

Please don’t make any changes to the actual bylaws posted. 

Once we gather all the additional feedback we will revise the draft document accordingly and the School Council will vote for the ratification of the new bylaws at the June school council meeting. 

We do require all feedback from the Adam Beck community no later than May 18th in order to have enough time to finalize the document prior to the June School Council Meeting.
