Mayfair Fun Fair – May 26
Mayfair, our annual spring fair fundraiser, is on Sunday, May 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
With inflatables, activities, games, dream basket raffles, face painting and even a chance to dump a bucket of water over a teacher, you won’t want to miss this.

Here’s what you need to know for Mayfair 2024:
- Dream Baskets – Each class is assigned a theme and we kindly request that students bring in donations for their class basket. Once collected the donations are assembled into themed baskets they are raffled off at Mayfair on May 26. Donations need to be dropped off to your student’s classroom. The deadline has been extended! Please drop off donations by Friday, May 17.
- Volunteers – If you’ve been to Mayfair, you know the lines can be long. Why? Because we need MORE VOLUNTEERS! There are lots of jobs you can do while your child runs around the field – flip burgers, be a bouncy castle monitor, paint faces. We need over 100 volunteers to make this day happen and we are well short of that. This is the link to sign up.
- Wristbands and Tickets – These are available for purchase via School Cash Online. Everyone is encouraged to pre-order their wristband and tickets to avoid lining up on the day of the event. Plus, it’s cheaper to buy in advance. Wristbands are needed to get into the event, use the bouncy castles, etc. Tickets are needed for food and cotton candy. We recommend you buy a wristband and 10 tickets for each kid…to avoid lining up to buy more. You can pay by cash/debit/credit at the event..
