Movie Night – Friday, March 1

Our next movie night of the year is Friday, March 1. Students will be voting in-class for the following choices:

  • Trolls Band Together
  • Space Jam: A New Legacy
  • The Little Mermaid (2023)

The winning movie will be announced on Wednesday, February 28.

Movie night is a fun night out for students where the school council sells pizza, popcorn and treats to raise money for its initiatives.

Students take on the best seats in the house (the gym floor) and they bring their own sleeping bags, blankets, pillows and even their favourite stuffie. 

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the movie starts at 7:00 p.m. There will be a brief intermission about halfway through the movie.

* Parents/guardians are required to be in the gym with their children throughout the evening.

The movie will be shown in the gym. Don't forget the essentials: pillow, sleeping bag, reusable plate and water bottle. Try our famous Bear Paw special; just $5 gets you a slice of pizza, popcorn and a drink box. Concessions open at 6:30 p.m. There are also small images of a slice of pizza, a Mars bar, a ring pop, a box of popcorn, a juice box and a bag of Lays chips.
