2020 Adam Beck Read-a-Thon: Phase 1– Design Contest
Be the winning designer of the official 2020 Read-a-Thon bookmark!
The winning design will be printed on over 500 postcard-sized bookmarks. Each Adam Beck student will get one to use in their favourite book. The winner will get extra bookmarks to share with family and friends.
Students should give design forms to their classroom teacher by MONDAY, JANUARY 20, to qualify.
One entry per student, please.
Tips for designing a great bookmark:
- Be creative! As an official designer, you are creating art that will encourage students to read more and have a peaceful place to read.
- Bright colours show up the best. Try using bright pencil crayons or markers.
- Please do not put your name on your entry picture/design. Only put your name where it is indicated on the entry form.
Need a template?
If you make a mistake and want to try again, no problem! Use a blank piece of paper to create a template the same size (4″ x 6″) as the one on the entry form linked below and attach it to a copy of the printed, filled-out form.
