You’re invited to enjoy a free coffee or tea and a treat at our monthly café, this Friday!

Pop in and fill your mug before tackling the rest of your day, or stay and chat with our sponsor, Larissa from Framework, and others in the Adam Beck community.

Who: All Adam Beck parents and caregivers, as well as little ones

When: Friday, October 26, right after morning drop-off – 8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Where: Inside the north kindergarten entrance, in the meeting room between the classrooms.

Thanks for making the effort to bring this to our attention. The committee strives to make their graphics diverse and to be representative of students at Adam Beck, so your comment is helpful and appreciated. The committee will use it to make their graphics more inclusive going forward.

Is there a reason the kids on the poster are all matched by race? This is really odd. My kid was one of the only black kids in his grade. I really think this poster could have been better thought out.

I will submit my idea formally a bit later, but for now… Mr. Mason and I have chatted about a ukulele club and/or the potential for students to learn how to play the ukulele. I believe Kimberly PS has something in place already after school. So, we would need budget to purchase a few dozen ☺️
