Don’t forget the staff appreciation holiday party is this coming Wednesday, December 13!

Thank you so much to those who have already volunteered to bring some festive cheer for our dedicated Adam Beck staff to enjoy. If you’d like to help out but have not yet volunteered, there’s still time!

Once again, here are the details:

Please bring your nut-free contribution to the Staff Room (not the office!) BEFORE 9:45am on Wednesday, December 13th. A member of the Staff Appreciation committee will be on hand to receive your donation. Please note that the school does not have the facilities to bake or reheat food; please ensure your contribution is ready-to-serve! Should you choose to pack your contribution in a container or on a tray that you would like returned, it will be available for pick-up in the Staff Room as of 3:15.

Thanks for making the effort to bring this to our attention. The committee strives to make their graphics diverse and to be representative of students at Adam Beck, so your comment is helpful and appreciated. The committee will use it to make their graphics more inclusive going forward.

Is there a reason the kids on the poster are all matched by race? This is really odd. My kid was one of the only black kids in his grade. I really think this poster could have been better thought out.
